As part of your ongoing growth and development, this year first year corps members will engage in four (once every other month) required community conversations with your cohort. Community conversations will afford you the opportunity to gather with a community of other first year teachers and discuss key issues impacting your students and your classroom while learning from each other. The conversations will allow you to zoom out of the day to day and think bigger picture about your classroom with the goal of helping you design action steps you can take on your journey as a culturally responsive educator.
